Aaron Fournier has been working in the field of landscape architecture for many years, but his true passion is working with stone. What started out with greenery, plants and more of a horticulture focus, he refocused and transformed this energy into making his mark with the longest lasting material, stone. He enjoys the challenges stonework provides while maintaining the best reward through perseverance, creativity and hard work. Aaron and his wife Heather are behind the Frosted Fern name and work in tandem to problem solve, design and execute their client’s visions.
Although Green Mountain Veneer ships nationwide, Aaron grew up not far from the home base of the GMV headquarters. Growing up and/or living in Vermont holds a special place to many who have been here for decades or are newly integrating themselves within the rolling mountains and welcoming communities.
When Frosted Fern was asked about what makes them happiest about working with Green Mountain Veneer, their response was, “The thing that makes us the happiest about working with the company is having the long lasting relationship with local Vermonters I can trust. They are always stocked and their products are regularly available in large quantities. I have also purchased bluestone steps, and a variety of walkway and patio stone from their sister company, Livingston Farm. I need their products to complete my work.” Aaron and Heather are based out of the Warren, VT area but regularly travel beyond those boundary lines to complete their artwork and skill throughout numerous exterior to interior project installations.
